Discarded Banana Peel Rum

Banana peels that would have been thrown away are ingeniously used by the distillery to add notes of toffee and fruit to the Caribbean rum base that’s matured in whiskey casks. Serve neat over ice or shaken in a daiquiri.

Pour into an iced-filled highball glass and top with ginger ale
