Pegasus Bay Sauvignon Semillon

Made using approximately 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Semillon. The Semillon adds fruit weight and richness, while also acting to restrain the exuberance of the Sauvignon Blanc. A complex wine with crisp refreshing acidity and mineral notes.
